Chopped Strand Mat 92(Europe/Middle East/Asia/Australia Market)Mat 92 is a general purpose emulsion bound chopped strand mat designed tocover a wide range of applications by normal hand lay-up techniques. The matis soft to handle and conforms well to complicated mould shapes. This mat hasmedium bulk and is capable of effective working over the range of resin to glassratios from 1.8:1 to 2.8:1 without undue effort. Mat 92 is suitable for use withmost types of unsaturated resins. Resin penetration (wet through, or workingtime) is rapid with a fast strand wet out time.

Chopped Strand Mat 79(Mainly For European Market )Mat 79 is an emulsion bound chopped strand mat, which is manufacturedto a very high standard, for use in hand lay up applications. It is producedfrom a high integrity strand which has a moderate speed of wet-out. Mat79 is soft to handle, has a relatively high bulk and the binder ensuresexcellent drapeability and moulding performance. These characteristicscombine to ensure that the mat has good air release and an excellentoverall performance. Either single ply or multi ply moulding techniquesmay be used. Mat 79 is suitable for use with all types of unsaturatedpolyester resins and resin to glass ratios in the range of 1.5:1 to 2.5:1 canbe achieved with ease.
